To help set the foundation, I was a crypto repairman in the Air Force with a Top Secrete clearance and received an honorable discharge as a cook – go figure- in my 30’s I was a surveillance op for 3 years...full time 10 hrs a day. Thereafter I worked for the State Bar investigating lawyers while attending the police academy to become a reserve officer. Ultimately I went with the feds and worked death penalty cases as well as high profile federal crime cases. I have my masters degree in education with a whole bunch of other certs including a certified clinical hypnotherapist. Sorry to bore you with my history, but it is important to help explain this topic.

What does this have to do with mind control and CIA/NSA involvement?

A) 7.83 Hz (earth's pulse rate) made a person feel good, producing an altered-state.
B) 10.80 Hz causes riotous behavior and
C) 6.6 Hz causes depression."

To go one step further and add fuel to the fire, hypnosis is a form of suggestion that can be used to manipulate willing individuals. Just add hypnosis with an introduction to VLF and VHF and you have the mixings for some interesting mind control. But for the time being I will keep this short and allow you to conduct your own research. Just remember, the NSA's Cray computers are really dressed to "The Nines."

Just out of curiosity (and maybe to start a bigger discussion), how many of you have received PSYOP training and was it military or Private Sector?
